Jonde and Ferrer-Salat scholarships
The Ferrer-Salat Music Foundation has a 40-year history and the purpose of promoting musical excellence and social transformation through music. The Foundation offers the JONDE and Ferrer-Salat Scholarships, in collaboration with the Joven Orquesta Nacional de España, with the aim of continuing to promote and accompany future promising musicians who stand out for their extraordinary talent.
These scholarships are aimed to provide the necessary financial support to young musicians who are members of the JONDE’s Instrumentalists Pool, so that they can fully dedicate themselves to their artistic development, broaden their musical studies or develop individual projects relevant to their musical career.
Terms and conditions
TO QUALIFY FOR THE SCHOLARSHIPS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED:
> To have the Spanish nationality or, if not, to have a residence permit in Spain at the time of the application.
> To be a member of the JONDE’s Instrumentalists Pool, in force in the year of the corresponding scholarship call.
> To have taken part in at least one JONDE Meeting*.
* Exceptionally, in this First Edition of the Scholarships it is required to have taken part in a JONDE Meeting. From the 2024-2025 call onwards, it will be required to have taken part in at least three meetings since the candidate has become a member of the JONDE’s Instrumentalists Pool.
SELECTION PROCESS:
To register for the scholarships, candidates must submit the following documentation:
> Application form that can be found on the Ferrer-Salat Music Foundation and JONDE websites.
> Project and/or training proposal.
> Currículum vitae
> ID card (copy of both sides).
> Up-to-date academic transcript of the music studies completed.

CALENDAR FOR THE 2023-2024 CALL
Opening of the call: from October 6th to October 27th (until 11:59 pm, local time in
mainland Spain).
Announcement of the results: in a maximum period of two months.
