The Liceu Conservatory becomes the epicenter of the current jazz scene and hosts the 53rd edition of the Voll-Damm Barcelona International Jazz Festival, thanks to the patronage of the Ferrer-Salat Music Foundation.

The students of the conservatory will share the stage with their idols, not only seeing them in concert but learning first-hand thanks to the masterclass program.

For this edition we have programmed up to 27 concerts by artists such as Melissa Aldana, Vijay Iyer, Avishai Cohen, The Charlie Parker Legacy Band and Joan Chamorro, among others.

We should also mention that a former scholarship recipient, Kevin Díaz, will perform after having won the Liceu Conservatory’s Extraordinary Prize for the 2020-2021 academic year.
