Paula Sánchez Lahoz, cellist, has received one of the Cultural Management Scholarships awarded by the Spanish embassy in the United States and the AECID, with the aim of promoting Spanish culture and musical heritage in one of the world’s cultural centers.

Sánchez studied at the Liceu Conservatory under Professor Amparo Lacruz and received the Ferrer-Salat scholarship for academic excellence. During her career she has collaborated with the Pau Casals Foundation, with orchestras such as the Vallès Symphony Orchestra and the JONDE and has won several competitions with chamber duos and trios.
